Colours
Prices will be added as soon as the first shipment arrives in Tbilisi. Until then you can add items to your list and send it — we will let you know the price.
The tiles are fired samples from Chrysanthos. The final colour depends on the clay, the number of coats and the firing — we suggest trying a test tile first. The cone is the main measure of firing; °C is approximate and depends on the heating rate. What is a cone?
How to use
Contains metal compounds. These are crystal granules you add to glaze. Stir them straight into the glaze or sprinkle them onto a freshly glazed, still damp surface. In the kiln they melt, settle and create unexpected coloured spots. Works well over Superior Glaze and as an extra effect with the Fantasy Glaze series. For a stronger effect add Fantasy Enhancer (SP025) — it makes the glaze more fluid so the crystals spread further. Use on low-fire bisque. All crystals are intermixable.
Safety
Do not sand dry glaze. Avoid contact with eyes and skin; wash hands after use. Ensure good ventilation. Do not pour glaze or rinse water down the drain. If swallowed, see a doctor. Keep out of reach of children.
