The tiles are fired samples from Chrysanthos. The final colour depends on the clay, the number of coats and the firing — we suggest trying a test tile first. The cone is the main measure of firing; °C is approximate and depends on the heating rate. What is a cone?
How to use
Shake or stir well before use; thin with clean water if needed. Thanks to the high pigment load, one stroke is enough for detailed painting; for full coverage brush 1–3 coats onto greenware or bisque, letting each coat dry completely. Works best for fine detail, line work and lettering. For majolica, paint over unfired white opaque glaze (Superior Glaze, High Fire Glaze or Stoneware Glaze) and fire. For a food-safe surface, apply clear glaze on top. Colours do not bleed; all colours are intermixable. Compatible with Underglaze, Café Color, Café Color H and Café Color G. Without clear glaze it stays matt.
Safety
Wash hands after use. Keep out of reach of children.
